Every year, your United Way of Lanark County Board of Directors sets aside a percentage of their annual campaign dollars and makes them available to any charitable organization in Lanark County/Smiths Falls.

Our Special Project Grant is intended for one-time projects that are carried out in Lanark County or the Town of Smiths Falls. The maximum amount of any grant is $2,000.

Grant applications are accepted up to May 31st and our Finance Committee will make a decision in June or July. Their recommendations are presented to our Board of Directors at the August meeting of the board and funds are given to the recipients at our annual Campaign Kick-Off Breakfast held in late September.
